מדיניות ביטול השתתפות בהשתלמות
ניתן לבטל השתתפות בהשתלמות באמצעות שליחת דואר אלקטרוני בלבד לכתובת: educationals@moreshetderech.co.il.
בגוף המייל יש לציין את הפרטים הבאים:
- שם מלא
- מספר רישיון הדרכה
- מספר טלפון נייד
- שם ומספר ההשתלמות
תנאי ההחזר והזיכוי:
- ביטול מעל 14 ימים לפני מועד ההשתלמות: מזכה בהחזר כספי (בניכוי עמלת חברת האשראי בסך 20 ₪) או בקופון זיכוי מלא להשתלמות אחרת של "מורשת דרך".
- ביטול בין 14 ימים ועד 48 שעות לפני מועד ההשתלמות: מזכה בקופון זיכוי בלבד להשתלמות אחרת של "מורשת דרך" (ללא אפשרות להחזר כספי).
- ביטול פחות מ-48 שעות לפני מועד ההשתלמות (או אי-הגעה): לא ינתן החזר כספי או זיכוי כלשהו.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted exclusively via email to: educationals@moreshetderech.co.il.
Please include the following details in your email:
- Full name
- Tour guide license number
- Mobile phone number
- Seminar name and number
Refund and Credit Terms:
- Cancellation more than 14 days prior to the seminar: Eligible for a monetary refund (minus a 20 NIS credit card processing fee) OR a full credit voucher for another Moreshet Derech seminar.
- Cancellation between 14 days and up to 48 hours prior to the seminar: Eligible for a credit voucher only for another Moreshet Derech seminar (no monetary refund).
- Cancellation less than 48 hours prior to the seminar (or no-show): No refund or credit of any kind will be provided.
